Shipping & Returns


We strive to process and ship all orders, except custom accessories, within 24-48 hours.  During show season, processing times may be longer if we are on the road.
 If you need items by a specific date, please add a note to your order or call us at (920) 470-8381 so we can confirm that we will be able to meet your deadline.


We want you to be fully satisfied. If any item* does not meet your expectations, simply return for a full refund or exchange, less shipping.  

* Monogrammed items cannot be returned.  

* Custom accessories, including custom crystal colors, special orders, and whips are subject to a 30% restocking fee and/or may only be returned for store credit. Not sure if your item can be returned? Please ask before placing the order.

If you have set up an account with us, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If you wish to skip this step, be sure to include a copy of your receipt OR your name and phone number, so we know who to issue the refund to.  Then simply ship items back and we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you checked out as a guest, simply ship the item(s) back, being sure to include your name (or if it was a gift, the name of the person who placed the order).  Refunds will be issued via PayPal, a credit to your card, or check, based on the original method of payment.

All items have a 30 day return period. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were shipped, with all original packaging.  No returns on gift certificates.
